Through Honey III’s Eyes

Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.”-John 6:35

I remember my first communion as a helper to Pastor Jim. He allowed me to give out the bread. Standing there with bread in my hands as Jesus did. It was like I was in his body in front of his disciples doing what Jesus had did over 2000 years ago! So when I was reading this passage it made me think back to that day.

I know that I’m just a child and you may think that, “How can she a child feel the presence of Jesus and God?” But you must remember that it was Jesus himself who said, “Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” -Matt. 19:13-15

But yes I did feel his presence. And I will never forget how much God and Jesus love us! Amen!
